My first step in seeking out free dental care in Mississippi was to contact the Mississippi Dental Association.
I emailed them but didn’t hear back. So the next step was to check out their website.
And like most dental associations, there is a section in the top tabs labeled “For The Public – Resources”, which is where you need to look.
The “Resources for Assistance” tab is the one I was most interested in.

And they have an extensive list of resources for you to look into…
Mississippi Primary Health Care Association Community Health Centers-non profit clinics that you can choose from. You can access the list of community health centers here.
Donated Dental Services-these are traveling road shows where dentists volunteer their time to assist low-income individuals. You can find out more information by calling 601-932-2200.
University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Dentistry-The School of Dentistry at University of Mississippi Medical Center provides low-cost dental treatment through several programs. Contact the School of Dentistry at 601-984-6080.
Mississippi State Department of Health’s Division of Dental Services-The MSDH provides programs that address the oral health needs of children, adults, families and communities in Mississippi through public health clinics, schools, and approved dental health providers
